For your first time, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. Please make sure to check the directions to access the studios (Locations in the menu) and to get familiar with the Studio policies (link to Studio policies)

The instructor will welcome you and will lead the way! Please inform her/him at the start of the class if you have any injuries so that she/he can adapt exercises for you.

The only thing you need to bring is comfortable well-fitted workout clothes. The workout is performed with bare feet. If you prefer, you can purchase a pair of grip socks (Toesox) in our online shop and pick them up before your class.

As you know the key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your class. Also, eat a little something before you exercise, you will need energy during your class!

If you are attending a Virtual Cycling class, do not forget your training shoes, some earphones and a bottle of water.
