YOUR FIRST BOOST
For your first time, it is imperative that you are ready 10 minutes before the start of the class. The instructor will welcome you and give you some important instructions on the workout and the usage of the equipment. If you could not attend this important introduction, we will invite you to rebook your first class at another time.
Please make sure to check the directions to access the studios and to get familiar with the Studio policies
Please inform the instructor at the start of the class if you have any injuries so that she/he can adapt exercises for you.
The only thing you need to bring is comfortable well-fitted workout clothes. The workout is performed with bare feet. If you prefer, you can purchase a pair of grip socks (Toesox) in our online shop and pick them up before your class.
As you know the key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your class. Also, eat a little something before you exercise, you will need energy during your class!
If you are attending a Virtual Cycling class, do not forget your training shoes, some earphones and a bottle of water.
