As we operate small group classes, it is important to cancel your class if you cannot attend it anymore to allow other clients to step in.

You must do so at least 6 hours prior to the start of the class by logging into your Booster account and cancelling your class.

If you cancel less than 6 hours before the start of the class, or if you do not attend your class (‘no show’), you will, unfortunately, lose your class credit or be automatically charged CHF25 if you are using an unlimited ‘All You Can Boost’ pass. (CHF8 for a Virtual fitness class*)

We really do not like to charge clients for unattended classes and know the feeling when you lose a class credit, but we cannot accommodate exceptions, unless for medical reasons. In that case, send us a note from your doctor and we will credit back your late canceled class or cancel the late penalty fee.

If you are not 100% sure you can make it to a class, feel free to book it at the last minute. There are very often spots opening a few minutes before classes.

TIP: getting free classes and making up for your occasional lost classes due to late cancellations or no shows.

Make sure to visit the ‘Get Rewarded’ section of the website. We offer a few opportunities to waive the late cancellation policy or to receive free classes.

These different programs should compensate for the occasional times when you had no other choice than late cancelling.

* Important: due to a current technical limitation of the booking system, Late cancellations or no shows of Virtual classes, booked with an unlimited ‘All You Can Boost’ pass, will be automatically charged CHF25. But do not worry, if this happens, we will cancel the CHF25 charge and charge the correct 8Fr amount. This technical issue will be solved very soon.
