Be ready to sweat and shake in this cardiofocused class! Barre Pulse is a high energy, no impact exercise class that combines Barre work and lightweights with continual movements. You will leave the class drenched, but also feeling stronger, longer and leaner.

We also call this class, the 360°. You will open up, elongate and deeply stretch muscles in your whole body, while relaxing and releasing. You will roll out the tight areas. Unlike the more dynamic Booster Stretch class on the Megaformer, you will hold the poses for some time. Elongating while you work your body will enable you to push through with more efficiency and intensity in the other workouts we offer at Booster Transform.

Find your Zen while fine toning every inch of your body. This sculpting and mind focusing class combines vigorous bursts of Barre movements with yogic postures. You're getting the best of both worlds in one workout—leaving the class feeling strong, flexible and centred.

Barre Intensity®  focus will be to fatigue your muscles and elevate your heart rate through intense sequencing of compound movements (multiple muscles engaged at the same time) to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves your whole body muscles burning and a feeling of strong accomplishment.
