A DANCER’S APPROACH TO BODY CONDITIONING
The barre classes combines elements of ballet training and athletic conditioning techniques inspired from Pilates and Yoga. The general principle is to train your muscles . There is however no specific need for coordination or any dancing skills.
Both methods complement each other, but use a different path. The Lagree method encompasses long, slow and controlled movements with resistance, that engage simultaneously hundreds of muscles, while the Barre movements will, in general, be shorter, faster and more isolated.
They are both incredibly challenging, pushing you beyond your limits, but without any compromise on the integrity. They will help you sculpt and tone your muscles and improve your overall health.

You will now have the opportunity to enjoy 4 different formats of Barre classes. They will offer a focus on a specific fitness area.
You will be able to shake and sweat in high energy classes, find your Zen while fine toning every inch of your body, or gain flexibility through deep stretching.
Our Barre classes take place in Studio Seefeld and Studio Selnau.
