Welcome to booster! We are really looking forward giving you a boost!
For your first time, it is imperative that you are ready 10 minutes before the start of the class. The instructor will welcome you and give you some important instructions on the workout and how to use the equipment.
If you are trying a Lagree Method class, we would suggest you start with a Lagree light class, the instructor will spend more time explaining the method and use routines and exercises that will still be very challenging but easier to perform.
Please make sure to check the directions to access the studio and to get familiar with the Studio policies . Like in any public spaces, you will need to wear a mask, but you can now remove it during your workout.
If you are late to your first class and are not ready 5 minutes before the start of the class, you will unfortunately not be allowed to attend the class as, without an introduction, the workout could be dangerous for you and it would be challenging for you to make the most of your class. If you are late, simply call us at 079 199 81 47 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you rebook your first class at another time.
Please inform the instructor at the start of the class if you have any injuries/pregnancies so that she/he can adapt exercises for you.
We recommend you wear grip socks for your Lagree workout. You can purchase a pair of grip socks (Toesox) at the studio before your class. If you prefer not purchasing a pair, we can lend you a pair for your class.
As you know the key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your class. Also, eat a little something before you exercise, you will need energy during the class!
Please note that we cannot offer Megaride and Virtual Cycling classes at the moment due to the Covid situation.
