Offering you more flexibility and reduced prices

A one of a kind fitness concept and offer.

The Lagree Method and the Booster Transform offer are very much unique in their nature.

The Lagree Fitness™ method, our signature workout, considered by many as one of the best workout in the world, is definitely not the ordinary fitness workout. The training method is taught on a patented exclusive technology developed by fitness visionary, Sebastien Lagree, in Los Angeles. The Lagree Fitness company also continuously invests in R&D to improve either the equipment or the method in itself, and we strive as much as possible to pass this on to you.

Booster Transform offers close to 750 small or medium sized classes (5, 8 or 14 clients maximum per classes depending on the studio) to choose from every month in central locations, opened 7 days a week, 362 days per year.

We also offer a highly responsive and caring customer service, with a very flexible approach in terms of managing your exceptional requests, late cancellations, etc … For example, we are  the only studio that we know of in the world, that offers jokers to waive the cancellation policy (which is just 3 hours from today – it was 6 hours before -, when the industry norm is usually 24 hours).

Making booster even more accessible with an average 5% price reduction

The successful introduction last year of Studio Selnau, and the relaunch in a few months of Studio Forum (with a potential of 7 clients per class instead of 5 currently), gives us a little bit more flexibility in terms of pricing.

In this context,  we are very pleased to inform you that all our pricing options will be reduced as of today. Packages with a validity date of 12 months will be reduced on average by 7%. For example, a single class will now be at CHF 41 (vs CHF 44 before), or the 10 class package will now be priced at CHF37 per class (vs CHF40 before).

Packages with a validity date of 3 months and 1 month, and the unlimited passes ‘All You Can Boost’ are also reduced by 3% in average.

You can discover all the new prices here.

As many of you do not use the virtual fitness classes, they will no longer be included in the packages (except for the unlimited passes). The single virtual class prices have also been significantly reduced. A 50′ virtual class will now cost CHF10, and a 30′ class CHF7 (-33% vs current).

We will continue to offer a 20% discount for our clients who are students, seniors or unemployed, and a discount to companies who wish to join our corporate program.

We are discontinuing the birthday class, that is replaced by a yearly ‘late cancellation joker’. See infra.

Making booster even more flexible, with now a 3 hour cancellation window.

To further help many of you working in busy environments, we have also decided to reduce our late cancellation window from 6 to 3 hours before the start of the class. We really want to remind you that if you have any doubt on your ability to make it to a class, it is better to cancel your reservation and rebook your class a few minutes before it starts.

We will also maintain our joker system but with some changes. From now on, every client will receive one late cancellation joker per calendar year (instead of 3 jokers in total). As of today, you all have one joker that is valid until the end of 2019. Jokers cannot be cumulated and used in the next calendar year. We will also discontinue the ‘review jokers’.

Changes to the waitlist process

We have brought some changes to our waitlist process in order to ensure that clients who are top of the waitlist optimise their chances of getting into classes. minimising the need to ‘claim you spot’ into a class.

From today, when a spot opens up in a full class, we give them away to clients on the waitlist in the order that they put themselves on, up to 4 hours before the start of the class (versus 12 hours before). You will receive an email or a mobile notification (if you are using the mobile app), stating you have been moved into the class.

If you are automatically added to a class from a waitlist and cannot attend any more the class, you will need to cancel your class reservation up to 3 hours before the start of the class to avoid losing your class credit.

If a spot opens up less than 4 hours before the start of the class (or overnight for a morning class), you won’t be added automatically to the class. An email or mobile notification will be sent out to clients on the waitlist to inform them that a spot has opened up. You can then sign up to the class on a first come first serve basis.

In any case, if you cannot attend any more a class for which you are on the waitlist, it is better to cancel your waitlist reservation.

You can find some examples here.
