let’s help UNICEF Switzerland and Liechtenstein to deliver vaccines to families in the world’s most vulnerable places.

We have been deeply touched over the past 18 months to feel the warmth and support for booster in this challenging period. We remain incredibly grateful to be able to continue our mission to improve the health, wellbeing and physical strength of our community.

We of course all aspire to come back to a Covid-19 free world, but we know now that it will still take some time and will require some more efforts and solidarity.

In so many parts of the world, communities continue to suffer, while we are certainly privileged with the possibility to protect ourselves, our closed ones and everyone we interact with in our daily lives, with free access to vaccines.

While looking at how we could play a role on this topic that matters to the booster team and also many of you, we got in touch with UNICEF Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and designed a few ideas to bring to life a collaboration that will help to bring vaccines to families in the world’s most vulnerable places.

In much of the world, and especially in developing countries, vaccine distribution has effectively yet to start. And it is evident today that we will not be able to truly recover until everyone, everywhere, has equal access to the vaccine. As of yesterday, 4.9 billions COVID-19 vaccine shots have been administered globally, 24% of the world population is fully vaccinated but only 1.3 per cent of people in low – income countries have received at least one dose to date.We invite you to join us in this collective effort to play a role in this so important mission. You can participate in different ways:
1 – As of today, you will have the possibility to purchase ‘Unicef – Vaccines For The World’ class packages’ of 5, 10 and 20 classes:

Older adults started to receive COVID-19 vaccines at a vaccination site in the district of San Martín de Porres in Lima, Peru on 24 March 2021. The first phase of the national vaccination plan has prioritized frontline workers and people aged 60 years or older.
Peru received its first COVAX shipment of 117,000 doses (Pfizer/BioNTech) on 10 March 2021.
“I am no stranger to this pandemic. I have been sick from COVID-19 and I have had family members who have been sick. Now that I am vaccinated, I feel safer and more eager to work,” says Carmen Castañeda, a nurse at the Los Libertadores Health Centre.
