YOUR FIRST BOOST

Welcome to booster! We are really looking forward giving you a boost!

For your first time, we strongly recommend that you attend a booster light class and it is imperative that you are ready 10 minutes before the start of the class. The instructor will welcome you and give you some important instructions on the workout and how to use the equipment. In a booster light class, the instructor will spend more time explaining the method and use routines and exercises that will still be very challenging but easier to perform. 

Please note that if you are a first timer or have not worked out in a while, we do not recommend to attend the 18h00 and 19h00 booster class in Studio Selnau (except on Thursday 19h00 for the booster light class) as the pace is quicker and less adapted to beginners.

Please make sure to check the directions to access the studio and to get familiar with the Studio policies. If you are late to your first class, you will unfortunately not be allowed to attend the class as, without an introduction, it will be challenging for you to make the most of your class. If you are late, simply call us at 079 199 81 47 or email us at hello@boostertransform.com and we will help you rebook your first class at another time.

Please inform the instructor at the start of the class if you have any injuries/pregnancies so that she/he can adapt exercises for you.

The workout is performed with bare feet. If you prefer, you can purchase a pair of grip socks (Toesox) in our online shop and pick them up before your class.

As you know the key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your class. Also, eat a little something before you exercise, you will need energy during your class!

If you are attending a Virtual Cycling class, do not forget your training shoes, some earphones and a bottle of water.
