The ramp allows to ‘Lagree’ with some incline, changing the anatomy of each exercise, recruiting different muscle groups and boosting your heart rate (in average +25-40 BPM vs. flat level).

This class is not for beginners. You should be comfortable with the Lagree Method prior to joining a Lagree Ramp class.

The ramp is a new technology that fits under the machine and allows your instructor to set the Megaformer to a different incline level during your workout. The increased intensity of each and every moves, also allow you to get incredible results.

Choose your class length: 30' or 50'

When in the 30′ class format, the Ramp is used from the start to finish, in a Lagree Ramp 50′ you will alternate between flat and inclined work. Both classes deliver an amazing fitness experience, where you will be able to work all the muscles in your body like you never did!

The 50′ Ramp class can be booked with the regular class packages, while the 30′ Ramp class can be booked with dedicated cheaper packages.
