The Ramp is a new device that inclines the Megaformer, making your Lagree workout even more intense! Yes, it is possible!! The Fitness Studio offers the Lagree Method, Barre Intensity classes, High intensity training, Fitness group classes and Reformer Pilates in Zurich.
