Barre Intensity

Barre Class is a workout technique inspired by ballet, yoga, and Reformer Pilates. It focused on low-impact, high-intensity workouts designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

We offer at booster the Barre Intensity® class format. The name says it all, as our barre classes are incredibly challenging, pushing you beyond your limits, but without any compromise on the integrity of your body. You will shake and sweat in high energy classes that will sculpt and tone your muscles and improve your overall cardiovascular capacity.

Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

Our Barre classes take place in Studio Seefeld and Studio Selnau.
