I had a really bad back injury a couple of years ago and still suffer from back aches now and then but it occurred to me today that I haven't had such problems in months and really believe this is directly linked to my core getting stronger through Booster classes. My core has never felt so stable!
I really appreciate that the instructors keep a careful eye on my form or offers alternatives when appropriate. I see progress each week and am really excited to keep growing stronger with Booster 🙂

In July 2015 I had a severe injury to my back and my chiropractor recommended me to definitely stop rowing.
I started to visit Booster regularly. The first few months were tough, though the instructors always kindly pointed out areas where I had made improvement, which helped to keep my motivation going.
It took me most of 2016 to get back to a level of competitive rowing where I used to be at and my lower back will likely remain a weak spot going forward. But at the same time I have found a new hobby that I enjoy very much and is making my body stronger week by week.
The coaches are amazingly skillful and motivational instructors.
When you first start, they are so supportive and encouraging and they help build your fitness and confidence levels. Once you are more experienced, they are great at taking you to the next level also, so you never get bored and the workout is certainly never stale.
Once I started, I was amazed at how challenging and interesting the workouts were. I have also grown to appreciate how much the core muscles and comprehensive body training impact your overall performance for other sports too. I feel much stronger, have better balance and control of my body, and am getting more flexible.
A great workout in a really fun atmosphere - if you're familiar with reformer Pilates, Megaformer classes take it to the next level! Booster has lots of classes (even Sunday!), also offers Barre and Indoor Cycling in their Studio Seefeld, has a really convenient booking process, flexible rescheduling, and great prices. All the classes are taught in English. It's one of the best things I've found to do in Zurich!
Been breaking in a sweat and challenging every muscle for almost a year now and I still enjoy focusing on the view of the lake. The facility is great, clean and spacious. And the coaches are the best - everyone in their very own way, encouraging, motivating, challenging and simply fun to work out with. They have great monthly packages you can go for once you're hooked :-), which can happen rather fast if you enjoy taking your body to its limit and having sore muscles almost all the time...! Will be coming back for more... And more... And more...
Set in the most beautiful studio I have ever seen, the classes are wonderful and easy to follow but at the same time incredibly efficient. Miracle!
The training at Booster is something I have never experienced anywhere else before.
