Sometimes, We hear clients who are wondering if they are in shape enough to start with the Lagree Method! Our classes are made for and welcome all fitness level types. Do not worry about jumping right in a class. We will help you get there!

Lagree workout In Booster Transform Fitness Studio Zurich

Lagree at booster is a very efficient and effective way to build muscle strength, and incidentally burn those damned calories.

The Lagree workout is designed to bring your muscles to failure, which means that we gently break your muscle fibres so that they grow stronger when repairing (when you feel sore!!).

THE LAGREE FITNESS™ method offers mostly compound exercises, performed at a slow and controlled pace, for the most effective muscle stimulation and to build the strong and long lean physique that has made this workout famous.

Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover in between classes. To make the most of your workout, it is important you have recovered from the previous one. For some of you, it will take one day, and for others it can go up to 3 or 4 days.

The Lagree workout is so effective that if you manage to take just a class per week, you will see results. If you can take more, the results will come a bit faster!

The Lagree Fitness™ Training Method utilises five key elements to reach Effective Muscle Stimulation:

  1. Effective Resistance
  2. Effective Range of Motion
  3. Effective Angle
  4. Effective Tempo
  5. Effective Duration

So listen to your body, and like in anything, results will come with consistency.

Lagree Ramp Workout Booster Transform Fitness Zurich

The ramp allows ‘Lagree’ with some incline, changing the anatomy of each exercise, recruiting different muscle groups and boosting your heart rate (in average +25-40 BPM vs. flat level).

The ramp allows your instructor to set the Megaformer to a different incline level during your workout. The increased intensity of each and every move, also allows you to get incredible results.

You can enjoy 2 different class times: 30′ or 50′.

When in the 30′ class format, the Ramp is used from the start to finish, in a Lagree Ramp 50′ you will alternate between flat and inclined work. Both classes deliver an amazing fitness experience, where you will be able to work all the muscles in your body like you never did!

The 50′ Ramp class can be booked with the regular class packages, while the 30′ Ramp class can be booked with dedicated cheaper packages. For example, with a 10 class package, the price per class is CHF21! or a bit less than CHF17 if you are student

This class is not for beginners. You should be comfortable with the Lagree Method prior to joining a Lagree Ramp class.
