We hope this message finds you well and you had a great summer! We are thrilled to introduce you to three incredible additions to our team Lani, Jenny, and Nari. Each of them brings a unique set of skills, experiences and personalities that will enhance your booster journey with us.
Lani and Nari have dedicated a large part of their summer to mastering the intricacies of Lagree coaching with Tresor. We are proud to announce that they have now successfully completed their training and certification, and are ready to offer amazing classes. Jenny, despite her youthful age, boasts extensive Lagree Method and Barre coaching experience gained in both Dubai and London.
We are incredibly pleased to introduce you to Jenny:
Growing up as a competitive figure skater, it was clear that Jenny’s life would revolve around exercise and fitness. Having gone through injuries whereby she depended on the empowerment and advice from others, she discovered the value of teaching and education.
After moving to Dubai at a young age, Jenny decided to give up the rink and focus on her studies. While trying to find a way back to movement during her law studies in Amsterdam and London, she discovered the Lagree Method, which has, from day one, turned into her beloved passion. In her classes, she focuses not only on building up strength but also on
establishing that ever-so-important connection between mind and body.
Don’t be fooled; her classes are challenging, but you will leave feeling an inch taller, notably stronger, and, most importantly, encouraged for the rest of your day.
You can join Jenny’s classes in Studio Selnau on:
– Mondays at 9am and 10am (Lagree), at 12pm (barre intensity) and 1pm (Lagree)
– Saturdays at 2, 3 and 4pm (Lagree) alternating with Nari
– Sundays at 10am (Barre, alternating with Emily), 11am, 12pm 1pm (in replacement of Evelyn) and 4 and 5pm Lagree alternating with Nari.
We are incredibly pleased to introduce you to Nari.
Growing up in Switzerland, Nari has developed a love for hiking and the great outdoors. Therefore, since childhood, movement and an active lifestyle have been essential for her. Later in her studies, she discovered her passion for Pilates and was captivated by its focus on precision and slow controlled movements. This practice not only enhances her physical well-being but also provides her with a sense of mindfulness and inner balance to help her balance her university studies. Then, she discovered the Lagree Method at Booster a few years ago and is still in love with this unique workout.
Please expect to be pushed to your limits in her classes while always being taken good care of with a big emphasis on correct form.
You can join Nari’s classes:
– in Studio Forum on Fridays at 4, 5 and 6pm
– In Studio Selnau on:
o Saturdays at 2, 3 and 4pm (Lagree), alternating with Jenny
o Sundays at 4, 5 and 6pm (Lagree), alternating with Jenny.
With these new additions, we are excited to offer you even more opportunities to train, particularly during the weekends, at both Studio Selnau and Studio Forum.
Here’s a sneak peek of the new classes that will be opening in the next few days:
In Studio Selnau:
– Monday: 12 pm Barre and 1 pm Lagree by Jenny
– Saturday: 2, 3, and 4 pm alternating between Jenny and Nari
– Sunday: 10 am Barre Intensity by Jenny (alternating with Emily)
– Sunday: 4, 5, and 6 pm alternating between Jenny and Nari for Lagree classes
In Studio Forum:
– Friday: 4 pm class by Nari
– Sunday:2 and 3 pm Lagree by Lani (alternating with Ilaria)
Please note that our new team members are not trained yet to coach Lagree Ramp classes in Studio Forum. As a result, some of our usual Ramp classes will be temporarily replaced by regular Lagree classes until they complete their Ramp training in the coming weeks.
We are incredibly excited about the energy and expertise that Lani, Jenny, and Nari bring to our team. We can’t wait to see you trying their first classes!
