Growing up in Switzerland I have developed a love for hiking and the great outdoors. Therefore since childhood movement and an active lifestyle have been essential for me. It is later in my studies where I discovered my passion for Pilates and was captivated by its focus on precision and slow controlled movement. This practice not only enhances my physical well-being but also provides me with a sense of mindfulness and inner balance to help me balance out my studies at the University. I then discovered the Lagree Method at booster a few years ago and is still in love with this unique workout. Expect to be pushed to your limits in my classes but always taken good care of and placing a big emphasis on correct form.
